CEDE was founded in 1977 in Pforzheim, Germany, by Eckhard Beier. His avant-garde jewelry line mixes 18K gold and diamonds on a steel mesh base. The color combinations are varied because the steel mesh comes in a choice of Rhodium plate (silver), Gold, Dark Brown, and Black, and a choice of White Gold, Yellow Gold or Rose Gold. All these choices also come in different styles of mesh, wide and thick to narrow and thin.
